Our Proof Approval Policy
A proof will be provided on all jobs for you to approve. For both your protection and ours, we require documented approval to proceed with the release of artwork and design and/or printing.
We are not responsible for errors, except for the corrections you indicate on your returned proof. You will be expected to read carefully all names, phone numbers, addresses, technical words, content, etc. and indicate clearly all corrections on the proof. Any alteration from the original copy may require additional work and charges. We are responsible for the job being printed correctly based on agreed specifications.
By providing proof approval, you will verify that spelling and content are correct and that you are satisfied with the document layout. You understand that your document will print EXACTLY as it appears and that you cannot make any changes once your order is placed. You assume all responsibility for typographical errors which includes any reprinting charges.
This policy is in compliance with industry standards.
