About The Design House

The Design House Plus began as a dream during the Summer of 2005. We started with a desk, a computer, and a color laser printer. Oh yeah... we also began with a desire to provide great printing and design services at great prices to our customers and community!

Today, almost 5 years later, we have grown many times over. Our new facility has been completed and allows us to offer much more. Printing and design remains our primary business, and now with over 25 years experience in the industry, we can deliver quality products on time and with confidence because we know how to effectively take a project from conception to completion within the parameters of the production process. Our product line has increased dramatically, ranging from jobs as small as personal holiday letters, to college recruiting campaigns, to large business identity and marketing. And you get all of this and STILL deal directly with us - the owners!

Our philosophy is simple - if it prints, we do it!

Our in house production allows for fast turnaround using our newly added, high quality, Konica-Minolta Digital Graphics duplicators. We also offer on-site bindery services including cutting, folding, and lamination among others. Off-set 4 color (full color) and spot color services are also our specialty. Rather than have only one set of presses, on which all jobs must be done, like most other job printers, we have contracted with trusted and quality press companies. The result: you aren't locked into ONE price/One turnaround time. Our prices and turn-arounds are flexible and based on YOUR needs, not ours. Why is this important? Because we can focus on YOUR JOB and YOUR BUDGET, instead of maintaining and repairing equipment. Rhonda Hoffman obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State in 1987. She is an experienced graphic designer offering over 25 years of experience working for full-service commercial printers and the corporate industry. Clients appreciate her ability to decipher their needs and offer practical design and printing solutions. Rhonda combines creativity with functionality - all on an affordable budget.

C.C. Hoffman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Iowa and a Master of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Nevada. His experience lies not only in hands-on field research but in administration, co-administration, and program development. One of his greatest strengths is his creative approach to problem solving at a business level by finding affordable solutions to your business needs.
